We celebrate and honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. #DST1913 The FWAC spent the day volunteering for the Linus Project with friends, at a local high school and doing voter registration tonight at the playing of Selma! What a great day of service it was!

2018 Red Shoe Brunch - Step into Action
The members of Fort Wayne Alumnae Chapter held their first Red Shoe Brunch where six amazing women in the Fort Wayne community were honored based upon our Five Point Programmatic Thrust: Economic Development- Dr. Rae Pearson, Educational Development- Andrenette Montgomery, International Awareness and Involvement- Martha Hatch, Physical and Mental Health- Denise Jordan & Political Awareness and Involvement- Michelle Chambers & Courtney Tritch.

September 29, 2018, the FWAASC that includes Fort Wayne Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Indiana Democrat African American Caucus (IDAAC), The Links, Inc., MLK Club, Inc., NAACP and other organizations hosted a panel of candidates at McMillen Park Community Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Deltas in the Midwest Region exceeded their goal! We collected over 12,667 items to help women who are victims of human trafficking and those transitioning from homelessness. Items were donated to Cincinnati Union Bethel.
